Day 8

LOne week with the boys.  It's amazing how much they have both blossomed this week.  Seeing them gain trust & be willing & enjoy being loved on is so wonderful.  Getting to know their personalities, likes, dislikes what makes them laugh is really incredible.  Being able to hold them, we love them, pray for them is the best thing ever.  Yes it's hard but it's just so amazing to be with them & see Gods hand in their sweet little lives already.  So so thankful they are our sons!! Cannot wait for them to meet their sisters who love them so much already.

We had a really good day yesterday with LOTS of progess.  Isaiah is finally starting to trust Matt for more and more.  He actually initiated for Matt to hold him several times.  This was HUGE since he didn't want Matt to be anywhere near him a few days ago.  He's initiating for Matt to play with him.  Both biys are very happy, they love to laugh & smile.  They sing & talk all the time.  Isaiah especially loves exploring & is very curious!  They both pick things up VERY quickly & try to mimic what we're saying.  Isaiah is trying to say a few words in English.  He can say daddy, he said tiger & Ellie for elephant, he said car a few times, & can say hello & bye bye.

We went to the zoo today & on a river boat cruise tonight.  Both were much more fun than we expected.  The animals at the zoo were good.  We especially liked the pandas, tigers & rhinos.  A bit disappointed we couldn't get into see the dolphins & seals, but didn't really have enough time anyway. The dinner on the cruises was pretty good & the night lights of Guangzhou from the river are really pretty & colorful.  We got to see the tallest building in Asia!

Thank you for praying abou the TB results.  God again continues to be fathful.  Negative result!! No delay of us leaving on Thursday from this anyway.  We need to pray now for NO DELAY in the boys US visas.  We are supposed to get them thrusday afternoon at 430 then leave for the airport at 5!  Our flight leaves Thursday night at 930pm arriving in Dallas at 5 am Friday morning.

Look, he's happy. & Matt is holding him!
Duck anyone? It was actually really yummy
This was my favorite thing. 6 red pandas climbing around  in the trees
